Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (Cisas) is an Ofcom-approved dispute resolution service set up to settle disputes between phone companies/Internet Service Providers and their customers. It uses independent and impartial adjudicators to settle disputes and is free to consumers and small businesses.
National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice on a wide range of consumer problems.
National Consumer Council is a consumer rights body.
Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman (Otelo) looks at complaints made against phone companies/Internet Service Providers that are members of the Ombudsman scheme. The Ombudsman has powers to act after consumers have given the company in question the opportunity to resolve any dispute.
