THE GRANTING OF REVIEWS UNDER THE 11TH CODE (22 February)
In the last 12 months there has been a sharp rise in service provider requests for reviews of adjudications. To ensure that these requests are submitted correctly and are handled efficiently, icstis has issued a notice to the industry to clarify the process for requesting reviews.

ICSTIS ANNOUNCES LEVY FOR 2007/8 (20 February)
icstis has announced that its levy for 2007/8 will be 0.34%. The levy, which applies to all outpayments to service providers from 1 April 07 to 31 March 08, has been set following extensive consultation with the industry and other stakeholders.

www.phonebrain.org.uk, the website specifically developed by icstis to educate children, parents and teachers about premium rate services, has recorded half a million hits since its launch in December 2006.
