Consultation Documents

What is a consultation document?

ICSTIS undertakes, amongst other tasks, to set and maintain standards for the content and promotion of premium rate services. This is largely done via its Code of Practice. If ICSTIS considers the Code or policy on a particular subject requires amendment the premium rate industry and other interested parties are consulted on any proposed changes. The most common way to do this is by using consultation documents which set out the proposed changes, as well as the background to the issue.
