If you have a complaint or comment about a premium rate service please contact ICSTIS as soon as possible.

ICSTIS will investigate your complaint, taking the matter up with the service provider if necessary. If a service is found to be in breach of the ICSTIS Code of Practice , various sanctions can be imposed on the company providing the service, including:

The results of ICSTIS' adjudications can be found in the ICSTIS report.

We will not reveal your identity to the company you are complaining or commenting about. We will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint and advise you of the outcome.
